Refund policy

At Lululand Home, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality window decoration products. We understand, however, that there may be times when you need to return a product. We have therefore created this return policy to enable a smooth and easy return process.

Return Period

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that we may not be able to accept returns beyond this period.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at lululandhome@outlook.com or call us at +86 13878954489. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your product.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain amount of days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
